• Set and manage a traveling schedule to visit 30+ universities/colleges

• Partner and manage relationships with undergraduates, alumni and university officials

• Perform operational audits and distribute reports pertaining to findings

• Further develop analytical problem solving skills

• Develop, facilitate, and follow-up goal-setting workshops for groups and goal-setting for individuals

• Formally/informally facilitate and present topics to groups ranging in size from 5-400

• Personally manage a travel, reimbursement and educational staff budget

• Further hone time management skills while performing duties of position

• Learn, apply and teach accountability

• Develop/refine operational manuals and guides to be used by 5,000+ undergraduates

• Lead/plan/develop national, regional, and unique cutting-edge educational programming
