"The Kappa Alpha Order supports the efforts of SDSU officials and law enforcement officers to investigate and prosecute individuals who sell or promote the use of drugs. Like many, we were shocked and deeply concerned that some of those allegedly involved were fraternity members. Although no KA members have been implicated, we condemn anyone whose actions undermine or destroy the true aspects of fraternity life. Those few do not reflect the values of the Greek system in San Diego, or across the country. KA, like all other fraternity organizations, enforces strict policies against the illegal use of drugs or alcohol."
