Active Chapter Minimum Expectations - Adopted in 2004 the Active Chapter Minimum Expectations have helped Kappa Alpha Order increase recruitment, raise our collective GPA, perform the ritual with higher proficiency, keep current with financial obligations and educate our members throughout their college experience. This guide explains how you can meet and exceed these minimum expectations.
Chapter Advising "A Guide for AAC" - If you are a member of an Alumni Advisory Committee (AAC) or have considered becoming one this guide will assist you in understanding your role as an advisor. Gone are the days when one alumnus is asked to provide a chapter with all the answers. An ideal AAC has 3-5 or more alumni who deal with specific issues such as; risk management, finance, public relations, ritual, etc.
Chapter of Sorrow - Unfortunately from time to time we will lose a brother. This ceremony can be used publicly or privately to help our members grieve our losses and remember to turn our eyes to the light which cast dark shadows.
Convivium - January 19th is a celebration of the founding of KA and our spiritual founder Robert E. Lee's birthday. This guide will help you plan a successful event to celebrate both.
Province Council Core Curriculum - This document gives you insight as to what subjects must be covered at Province Council (our regional educational meetings). By following the core curriculum you ensure you are eligible for the KAOEF funds available.
Province Council Report - This report must be completed following each Province Council. This report helps keep an accurate count of members in attendance each year.
Report 8 - This report is completed by the Province Commander or his deputy following each chapter visit.
